Cycling is growing in popularity in Australia every year. It relatively low impact for your joints, and high intensity cardiovascular exercise. I would be surprised if you didn’t break a sweat. Especially if Verity is motivating you to climb that mountain. I haven’t mentioned the best part yet… Scenic Cycle is no ordinary spin class. The studio has two large movie sized screens which show video footage of famous cycling routes around the world to a pumping sound track. Do you like to jump? I sure do! Trampolining is a fun activity which gets the heart rate going, and works multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Skyzone Alexandria is my new weekly activity for leisure and exercise.

I do recommend this as an alternative to conventional exercise, however I believe it is important to take it easy, and be focus on core strength exercise to avoid injury. You have 1 hour to jump in a communal trampoline zone, slam dunk the balls in the basketball zone, or take a jumping leap into a giant foam filled pit. Give it a go and let the happy hormones flow.
