Sugar free coconut chocolate bounty

So this slice was so yummy and such a great energy booster I thought I would share it with you. After a long day at work a slice of this bounty bar with a big plump strawberry gave me the buzz I needed to go rock-climbing with and keep up with the pros. 


  • 250gm of loving earth organic coconut paste
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
  • 300gm loving earth raw cacao liquor
Method: Blend the coconut paste, desiccated coconut, and cacao nibs in a food processor until all ingredients combined. Then pack the mixture into a rectangular metal/glass baking pan and refrigerate.

Use a double saucepan to melt the cacao liquor. Once it liquefies take baking pan out of fridge and pour the liquid chocolate onto the refrigerated mixture.

Once chocolate is evenly spread onto coconut mix put the bounty slice into the fridge over night to set.

After 6-12 hours cut into slices and enjoy as a high energy, sugar free treat- FYI it is not a sweet bar – but it is deliciously coco-nutty! I got my ingredients from the Natural Food Market in neutral bay. Xc
