Typical Weight Loss Treatment
- Using nutritional supplements to stop sugar cravings
- Cleansing the liver (with diet and herbal medicine), so your digestive system can break down foods more effectively.
- Keeping a diet diary. Documenting your foods for 8 weeks will help you see where your strengths and weaknesses are, and help keep you motivated towards your end goal.
- Testing general health (blood and urine tests). This will help to identify any underlying reasons why your body may be gaining weight (eg. thyroid disease, hormone imbalance, nutritional deficiencies, sluggish digestive function, or water retention).
- Claire’s open and supportive communication methods. She will keep you on track, and is available 24/7 for any questions along the way.
- Claire believes in sustainable in weight loss treatment so that unwanted weight is gone for good.
